Organization Development Graduate Certificate

Organization Development (OD) graduate certificate is an online 12 credit hours program of study designed for OD professionals working primarily in organization change and performance improvement related careers. The certificate highlights the changing nature of the OD field impacted by the globalization, demographic shift, and technological advancement in modern organizations. The program curriculum includes 4 prescribed courses, which provide the essence of state-of-the-art knowledge, skills, and ability in the action research model, organizational leadership, multicultural issues, and work engagement. Students conduct various projects grounded in the reality of organization development.
